Awesome...
The whole internet is going to be playing this one. Nice Afro Ninja. Looks amazing.
SWEET!CANT WAIT FOR THE GAME!The first was awesome but this one will be 50 x better!
you don't look like a ninja
give us some pictures of you assassinating someone
REAL pictures
Holyhell the background looks kewl! So does the weapons!
Say, since it's a multiplayer online game, can you make a chat system or something? At least you can chat while playing!
Chat's in, don't worry. It's the big steel-like rectangle that you see at the bottom of the screen. It's just in 'closed' mode because I took the screenshots in offline mode
I hope the new one will have better AI this time, or AI at all. ;)
No AI, molkman.
woah! i can't wait!
When is it going to be released?
hopefully early march
If you're going to spend that much time on background and UI artwork, then why are there still stick figures? Just take the extra week and a half to add more fleshed out characters and this game will be the king of turn-based trajectory battles!
Still looking forward to it!
:-)
It's tradition!!
but really though.. territory war is kind of about having nameless/faceless people. I really can't think of a character type that would fit, without giving the game some sort of theme to it. And putting hats on stick figures is just too stylish
finish and bring it to newgrounds.com rite away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HHHHHHHHHHHHHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURRR RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRYYYY YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
Might I say, this looks fucking awesome?
sweet
Tradition?
I think that tradition is best surmised with this poignant poster.

Hahaha! sorry, I had to. But seriously, I'm not sure that you'd be limiting yourself. Just think of how much cooler they would look if you had them fleshed out dressed up in red vs blue, black vs green camouflage! Crazy awesome!
Any diggers out there?

:)
heh, always worth a try
will you able to change the stick figure's color. such as from black to red, or blue?
no, but you can put hats on them. Lots of hats
Awesome game, once again afro..
Cooooool man, this looks damn goood!
Yay for afroninja, the sequel looks great.
Just please add a way to turn off the music in this game.
don't worry, you can
JonBro
Can't wait to play it when it's finally done. It looks a billion times better than the original, which was a very addicting game!
Do you think the game will lag much once you're done making it? I mean, I would imagine something with so much detail and online play would lag some.
Afro-Ninja
As for graphics, the game shouldn't lag if your computer is at least decent, since 90% of the graphics are bitmap. If your computer does lag, there are several options to toggle to help (such as disabling explosion effects)
As for online play, there will be lag when players move but that is simply due to the low-bandwidth method I use to report player positions. Important game data is updated at key moments and intervals. If the online side does lag though, it will be because there are a lot of people playing. But hopefully that wont be an issue.
