Sorry for the double post. I downloaded and played the game since my last reply. It's pretty funny and well done. In-App purchases are not active yet, but overall not needed necessarily. I left a app store rating, but I wanted to tell you here that A) when it says "loading ad", no ad shows up B) the button that should probably read 0,99$ or 0,99€ for In-App purchases reads as "0,99 [][]" (2 rectangular symbols) for me. C) direct link says App is not available for my location, but when I search it manually, I can find and download it. (I'm in Germany)

Update: They seem to work now. At least, it says "contacting app store" and asks for my password. So it's all normal now.
